At DAOStreet, I wore multiple hats, contributing to design, customer success, sales, marketing, growth, event planning, and platform development. My role demanded a balance between creativity, strategy, and problem-solving, allowing me to impact both the user experience and the company’s business growth.
One of my key responsibilities was design and branding, where I worked on creating a cohesive visual identity for DAOStreet. This included designing marketing materials, refining brand messaging, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. My work extended beyond aesthetics, as I collaborated with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visuals that drove engagement and conversions.
In the customer success and community engagement domain, I focused on enhancing user satisfaction by addressing queries, gathering feedback, and improving user experience. I also played a crucial role in planning and conducting workshops and seminars, helping educate and onboard users while fostering a sense of community. These events not only helped strengthen DAOStreet’s position but also provided valuable insights into user behavior and expectations.
Additionally, I was involved in sales, marketing, and growth strategies, where I contributed to outreach campaigns, content creation, and promotional initiatives. By aligning design with marketing objectives, I helped optimize engagement and conversion efforts. My role also extended to platform planning, where I worked alongside the development team to refine the platform’s user experience. Understanding user needs and testing functionalities allowed me to provide valuable input in enhancing the product.
As part of my journey at DAOStreet, I also interned as a QA tester, where I identified and reported usability issues, contributing to the overall quality and performance of the platform. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to product testing and problem-solving, adding a technical layer to my skill set.
My time at DAOStreet was a deep dive into various aspects of business and design, reinforcing my ability to think holistically and contribute across multiple domains. It allowed me to develop a strong mix of creative, strategic, and technical expertise while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
